The MW114-120 is the optimal mixer mincer for bigger batches. Its hopper of 120 liters makes the mincer suitable for big self-service-stores, bigger butcheries and the meat wholesale. The processing of meat parts up to a temperature of -4°C is no problem for this mincer. Due to the optionally available stepless speed regulation the MW114-120 is not only suitable for the processing of minced meat, but also for the production of cooked sausage.
